How to use this page:

1. Tell us who you are and the name of your business
2. Tell us when you will be arriving to collect your order
3. Only tick a category if you want to order from it
4. Use the description box to tell us what you want
5. Enter the amount you require in the quantity box
6. When the form is completed - click on 'Submit'

NB: As soon as you submit your order a copy of it is stored in your Sent Items box of your Outlook Express or e-mail manager. You can print this and bring it with you if required.
