You will need to agree to our terms and conditions before you complete your purchase.
1. Customer Accounts
To shop on-line with Eirflowers you must set up an account. This account will be separate to accounts for our Cash & Carry. All accounts are subject to approval.
2. Item Description
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions of items are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and Eirflowers cannot be held responsible for discrepancies.
3. Minimum Spend
Eirflowers are a wholesalers and supply to the trade only, therefore a minimum spend is set at €50 ex vat.
After you place an order you will receive an email confirmation, which you can use as your receipt. This is confirmation that your order has gone through and is being processed.
All deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland are FREE of charge. Delivery charges will apply to any orders outside of Ireland. We aim to delivery your order between one to three working days. For any items out of stock, we will notify you of delivery times. We will arrange for your order to be delivered to the delivery address stated in your order. Therefore you will need to provide contact details. Deliveries are made between the times of 7am and 6pm.
6. Returns and Refunds
For the return of unsuitable or damaged goods, please contact Eirflowers within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Refunds will be issued where:
- Eirflowers are contacted within 48 hours of receipt of order
- We receive the goods back with 7 working days
- Goods are returned in the original packaging, with labels still attached
- Goods have an accompanying receipt and note of reason for return
- Goods are faulty or damaged
You will be liable for return delivery charges, except in the case of damaged goods
7. Payments & Security
All goods ordered on-line must be paid for with either Visa or Debit Card at the time of purchase.
We accept all major credit & debit cards. Our payments are processed through Realex Payments, one of Europe’s leading online payment gateways. All your information is kept safe & secure, from your online shopping basket to the goods arriving at your Business or Home. A secure encryption protects all your details during the shopping process. When placing an order by Credit Card, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. Please note that we never disclose customer information to any third party. All the details required are held for no other reason than to fully process your order
8. Pricing & VAT
Prices quoted are valid at the time of production, and are subject to change.
Offers and promotions on the website, are for our website and may be different to that at are Cash Carry.
All prices shown on our site are exclusive of vat. Vat is charged at the applicable rates of 13.5% and 23% on the final invoice. Prices are listed in Euro. All prices are subject to change without prior notice
9. Title & Risk
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery which is determined in accordance with the delivery time. Title of the Goods shall remain with the Eirflowers until the Buyer has paid the full price plus VAT and any other agreed charges in full (by way of cash or cleared funds) for those Goods.
When you register with Eirflowers, we collect your details to process your order and to improve our service to you. These details wil never be shared with a third party and will be held securely in our database. Note: Your credit card details are passed on immediately for payment processing.
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services. Such companies and individuals will have access to personal information needed to perform these functions, but may not use it for any other purposes and are required to process the data in accordance with the Irish Data Protection Act 1988. 19.
